F.A.Q.'s

 Q: How will I know if my submission is chosen?

 A: You will be notified by email sent to the email address you have provided during registration.

 Q: How long will it take before I know if my submissions have been accepted or rejected. 

 A: Sometimes the approval process can be very slow moving. Your submission may make it past a preliminary approval step and become mocked up or included in a presentation. You will not be notified until your mock up makes it through the final cut which could take up to 4 months or as short as 1 month. If you submission is not chosen we will still keep it on file for consideration up to one year later. If you sell your submissions somewhere else within that year we notified so we can remove it from our records. 

 Q: Where do the products go that we submit copy for?

 A: We are a wholesaler and distributor. Our biggest client is Spencer Gifts. We also sell to such stores as Urban Outfitters, Party City and 5 Below. Your accepted submissions have a chance to make it to any of these stores but most likely it will be in Spencer Gifts.
